Entity: Samplette LLC
Effective: April 8, 2026
At Samplette LLC ("Samplette"), accessible at samplette.io, this Pricing page explains subscription pricing, renewals, taxes, refunds, and billing rules for Pro subscriptions. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to the information described here and to our Terms of Service.
Pro subscriptions are available globally for purchase through our website. Paddle serves as our Merchant of Record and manages all payments, invoicing, tax compliance, and adherence to regional laws.
Pro subscriptions renew on a monthly, automatically renewing basis. Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will renew at the then-current price. Checkout clearly discloses that the subscription auto-renews, and your payment method will continue to be charged monthly until cancellation. Access remains active until the end of the billing period in which you cancel.
You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial subscription or renewal payment by contacting [email protected].
Refunds are not available after this 14-day period, except where required by law. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights, including:
To ensure reliable performance and fair use of the Service, Samplette applies the following usage limits at any given time:
Usage limits apply per account unless otherwise stated. Limits may vary by plan and are subject to change as described in Section 13 (Changes to Pricing & Features).
Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, invoicing, tax compliance, and currency conversion. Charges on your statement may appear as Paddle.
If your payment method fails, or if your account is otherwise past due, Samplette LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel your subscription or refuse access to the Service, in whole or in part, until all outstanding amounts are paid. You remain responsible for any unpaid charges, and access to Pro features may be suspended without prior notice until payment is received. Subscriptions that are past due for 7 days or more may be cancelled.
Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. If you have a billing concern, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute, as we are often able to resolve issues directly and more quickly than through a chargeback process.
You can cancel your subscription by going to Settings > Subscriptions > Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future charges, and access continues through the end of your current billing period. Canceling does not extend the 14-day refund window.
If your Pro subscription expires or is cancelled and you return to a free account, you will lose access to Pro features, but your existing data is preserved. Specifically: you may no longer create new playlists or add tracks to existing playlists, but you can remove tracks from or delete existing playlists at any time. Notes associated with your favorites and playlists are retained and may be deleted by you at any time. No content is deleted without your action.
If you have cancelled your subscription and your current billing cycle has not ended, you can reactivate your subscription by going to Settings > Subscriptions > Reactivate subscription. You will continue to be charged as if your subscription was not cancelled.
You can update your payment method by going to Settings > Subscriptions > Update payment method.
Pricing or features may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice, where required by applicable law, and will apply to the next billing cycle. Continuing your subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All Pro features are provided on an "as-is" basis, and Samplette does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time, and regional availability may vary due to legal, licensing, or technical reasons. Material reductions in core functionality will be communicated when required by law.
Payments processed through Paddle comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. Billing-related personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
By purchasing or renewing a Pro subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to the information on this Pricing page, understand subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled, and authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal.
Questions about pricing or your subscription can be sent to [email protected].
